Sleepover was founded by Mattia, a designer with a passion for intentional spaces, and Jim, a hospitality expert with a love for great service. They met over a shared belief that short stays should feel personal, considered, and genuinely welcoming—and that the best experiences are built through thoughtful details.
We’ve brought that belief into every home we host—and we’d love to welcome you to one of them soon.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a booking. Before arrival, we require all guests to complete a quick verification process through our trusted third-party partner, Truvi. This helps us stay compliant with short-term rental regulations and adds an extra layer of protection for both guests and properties.
Truvi will contact you via email and/or text — please complete the process prior to arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.
For bookings made directly through our website, our cancellation policy is:
100% refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in
50% refund if cancelled 7–29 days before check-in
No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in
To request a cancellation, simply email us with your reservation number.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on occupancy — just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. We’ll confirm availability the day before your arrival.
Early check-in (when available): £50
Leave luggage early (from 11:00 AM with cleaner present): £25
Yes! Most of our properties are pet-friendly. Please confirm that the home you’re booking accepts pets before completing your reservation. A £50 pet fee applies.
Absolutely! All our properties welcome children of all ages and are family-friendly.
We want you to have a great time, but parties and events that exceed the listed occupancy are not allowed.
No need — high-quality towels and linens are provided in all our properties.

No — smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
