The modern kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and dining, including integrated appliances, cookware, and a coffee machine. A dining table and chairs provide a comfortable setting for meals or working from home.
Doors open directly onto the patio, extending the living space outdoors and bringing natural light into the home.
The flat includes two bedrooms:

• Second bedroom with double sofa bed
The main bathroom is clean and contemporary, featuring a shower.

Holloway Road Underground Station (Piccadilly line) is around a 10–12 minute walk, providing direct access to King’s Cross, Covent Garden, Leicester Square, and Heathrow Airport.
Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria line & Overground) is approximately 15 minutes on foot, offering fast connections to Oxford Circus, the West End, and wider London.
