– Ladbroke Grove Underground Station. Under a 10-minute walk. From here, reach Central London in around 20 to 30 minutes via Circle and Hammersmith and City lines.
– Portobello Road and Notting Hill. Around a 10-minute walk. Explore the famous market, colourful streets, independent boutiques, cafes, and some of London’s best restaurants.
– White City and Westfield London. Around a 25 to 30 minute walk or 20 minutes by bus.
– Paddington Station. Around 15 to 20 minutes by Underground. Easy connections to the Elizabeth Line, National Rail, and Heathrow Express.

From time to time, it is used as a creative workspace, and many of the art books, tools and materials you will see are part of its unique character and charm. We simply ask that you treat the space and its contents with the same care and respect you would your own home, so future guests, and the artist, can continue to enjoy this special place.
– Smoking and parties are not permitted. There are CCTV cameras outdoor and smoke and noise sensors throughout the house.
– Please respect quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbours.
– Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.
– The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the booking.
