Camberwell Green is a lively South London neighbourhood with a proper local feel. Think indie cafés, great neighbourhood pubs, and some genuinely exciting little restaurants, plus a creative streak thanks to the Camberwell College of Arts and the South London Gallery close by. Lots of green space too, and with easy bus and rail links, it’s a solid base for dipping into central while coming home to something a bit more down to earth.
– Nearest bus stop: 2–3 min walk, with Central London around 25–30 min by bus.
– Oval Underground: approx. 15 min walk, then around 10 min on the Northern line to Leicester Square.
– Gatwick Airport: approx. 50–60 min by public transport.
– Heathrow Airport: approx. 1 hr 10–20 min by public transport.
Guests will have access to the entire studio. Check-in is via a lockbox, so you can arrive at your convenience any time after the check-in time.

– The kitchenette is set up for light meals only, with a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and there’s no hob or oven.
– The bathroom setup is a private WC with a freestanding bath and a kitchen sink rather than a full traditional bathroom.
– Smoking and parties are not permitted.
– Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the property.
– The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the booking.
– Same-day bookings: check-in time is 5pm instead of 3pm to allow us time to prepare the property.
